He graduated cum laude from the University of Genoa in 2013, with a final dissertation on the application of EU State Aid Law in the banking sector.
He joined MGMP in 2013 spending there the whole mandatory legal apprenticeship. Afterwards, he has been continuing his cooperation with the firm as qualified lawyer since 2016, when he passed the Italian bar exam.
In 2017 he obtained an LL.M with merit in International Business Law at King's College London, with a dissertation on the prospective impact of the principles of the TTIP towards investors operating in the transport and logistics sector.
His practice covers the areas of logistics, transport and port regulation, as well as maritime and administrative law.
