The claim is filed on behalf of ATA Handling (a former ground handling operator based at the Milan Linate and Malpensa airports). Plaintiff argues that the State aids (totally € 380 million) granted by SEA (the public-owned operator of the Milan Linate and Malpensa airports) to its subsidiary SEA Handling (ground handling operator at the same airports), procured an undue economic advantage to the latter, seriously affecting the economic results and activity of ATA Handling.
