Trans-loading of Syrian chemicals

2 July 2014: MGMP assists Medcenter Container Terminal in all relevant relationships with the Italian Secretary of Foreign Affairs, the UN interested Agencies and the foreign powers, for the purposes of negotiating and executing all relevant agreements pertaining to the trans-loading of Syrian chemicals in the port of Gioia Tauro, taking care of all complex legal and insurance aspects of the operations.

MGMP selected by the National Council for Economy and Labour (CNEL)

May 2014: MGMP selected by CNEL to draw up a study on the possible creation of European customs and on regulatory instruments to launch the project in the EU. The study will be completed by 30 June 2014 in view of Italy's six months of Presidency of the EU.

State aid in airports

EU Commission orders recovery of over 450 millions Euro: claim filed by MGMP
Following a claim for unlawful State aid filed by MGMP and of subsequent and intensive contacts and discussions with the EU Commission to support the claim, the latter declared unlawful the State aid granted by SEA S.p.A. (the state-owned operator of the Milan Linate and Malpensa airports) to its subsidiary Sea Handling (ground handling operator at such airports) and ordered the recovery of such State aid.

MGMP lawyers of the pilots in the tragedy of Jolly Nero

8 May 2013: Professor Francesco Munari and Mr. Matteo Rossini are the lawyers of the pilots of the port of Genoa involved in the tragic Jolly Nero accident which brought down the control tower.
