Information on handling of personal information

The firm Munari Giudici Maniglio Panfili e Associati guarantee that that the personal information that you voluntarily provide is handled by computer, is held with maximum confidentiality and is not disseminated. 
The information is handled for the purposes of considering and responding to your requests and may be communicated to the members of the co-data controller firms involved in that process. If you send a CV and employment application, your information will be handled so as to enable evaluation of the documents sent, for the purposes of possible employment, and will be deleted should this not occur.

Article 7 of Law 196 of 30 June 2003 gives you the following rights: 
the right to confirm the existence or otherwise of your personal information, even if it is not yet registered, and its communication in comprehensible form; the right to information on the origin of the personal information; the purposes and method of handling; the logic applied when handling it by computer; the identity of the data controller, managers and representatives, the persons and categories of persons to whom the personal information may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their management or appointed capacity; the right to update, correct, or, when entitled, supplement the information; delete, make anonymous or block information handled in breach of the law, including information not required to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the information was acquired or subsequently handled; declaration that those operations, including their content, were brought to the attention of those to whom the information had been communicated or disseminated, except where that is impossible or disproportionately difficult compared to the protected right; the right to object, wholly or partly: for legitimate reasons, to the handling of personal information, even though it is relevant to the purpose for which it was acquired; to the handling of personal information for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sale material or for market research or commercial communication.
