Prof. Francesco Munari
Francesco is professor of European Union law at the University of Genoa, where he also teaches transnational environmental and maritime law. As legal practitioner, he works as consultant and litigator or arbitrator also in the fields of business and commercial law with particular focus on transport/transport infrastructures, related investments, antitrust and regulated markets. He is also adjunct professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, and visiting professor at World Maritime University.
Prof. Paolo Giudici
Paolo is full professor of business law at the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano, as well as scientific director, responsible for financial market law, of the law journal ‘Le Società’. In his professional activity he deals mainly with corporate law, banking and financial market law and competition law.
Alessandra Maniglio
Alessandra, founding partner of the Firm, is an expert in labour law and provides advice and assistance to employers in the legal management of human resources, industrial relations and trade union negotiations. She also advises corporations and entities on companies and business units, also in connection with insolvency proceedings, and on the drafting and management of agency and distribution contracts, service contracts and events organization.
Anna Maria Panfili
Anna Maria provides advice and assistance in legal disputes in the field of civil law in general and mainly in the areas of national and international law on individuals, family, child protection, succession, obligations and contracts, as well as citizenship and health care responsibility. He obtained the title of civil mediator from the European Court of Arbitration and of family mediator from the Genoese School of Mediation and Systemic Counselling, Metalogo. He teaches “European legislation and human rights” at the Institute of Religious Sciences in Genoa.
Paolo Terrile
Paolo is an expert in the negotiation and management of national and international contracts and in consulting and litigation activities on corporate law issues. He also deals with shipping and transport law. He is particularly active in proceedings before national courts and arbitral tribunals, both national and international.
Emanuela Baj
Emanuela carries out her activity in the field of civil law, in particular in the fields of commercial and bankruptcy law, public procurement and business consulting, and in the latter field she is an expert in the drafting of cooperation contracts between companies, including transnational ones, related to the realization of complex works, such as shipbuilding and the creation and management of structures in the hotel sector. She is active in the litigation of the Firm with regard to the subjects in which she usually works.
Alessandra Gesino
Andrea Blasi
Andrea is an expert in assisting companies and entities in drafting and managing national and international contracts, in advising on corporate transactions (including M&A transactions), as well as on issues concerning international cooperation between companies and antitrust law. He also has consolidated experience in environmental law issues, especially in the field of circular economics. In the above matters he is also active in litigation before the EU Court of Justice.

Francesca Redoano
Francesca mainly deals with innovative startups and SMEs, providing assistance and consultancy both in early and scaleup stages. She has developed a solid experience with regard to investment equity agreements, also from foreign investors or funds, with particular attention to convertible instruments (such as s.f.p., convertible notes and safe) and dual companies.
She also deals with data protection regulation (GDPR) and she is registered in the list of the Italian National Bar Council among the consultants providing industrial property services through the “3I Voucher”, pursuant to Ministerial Decree 11, 18th, 2019.
She practices both in and out of the Court.
Expert in charge of Filse Spa – “Finanziaria Ligure per lo Sviluppo Economico”, Francesca is partner of SMARTcup Liguria and collaborates with various startup accelerators.
Abroad, she is connected to the law firm Carr/Ferrell (Silicon Valley, California).
Monica Rattone
Monica is a member of the Firm’s labour law team in which she is continuously involved, both as a consultant and in litigation, in the legal management of human resources and industrial relations, mainly for the benefit of employers. Monica also has experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly in the drafting and management of agency, distribution and service contracts.
Alessandra Macchi
Alessandra has been working with the firm since 2010 mainly in the areas of civil, contract and competition law, as well as maritime law, providing out-of-court advice, assistance before independent administrative authorities and advocacy and assistance in litigation before national courts and the EU Court of Justice.
Francesco Remondini
Francesco is active in civil, corporate, commercial and financial market law, in the field of pareristics, contract negotiation, structuring and implementation of M&A operations, debt restructuring and real estate in general. It has a long entrepreneurial experience in the field of private equity and real estate.
Andrea Bergamino
Andrea collaborates with the firm mainly in the fields of maritime law, transportation and ports regulation, as well as administrative law. In 2017 he has been admitted with merit to the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law at King’s College London. Since 2018 he is a PhD candidate in Logistics and Transport (XXXIV cycle) at the Italian Centre of Excellence on Logistics, Transport and Infrastructure (C.I.E.L.I. – University of Genoa).
Valeria Barbaresi
Valeria has been working with the Firm since 2015, mainly in the areas of company law and financial markets. In 2020 she completed her Master of Laws (LL.M) in Financial Law at the Frankfurt Institute for Law and Finance. Since 2021 she has been a PhD candidate in Financial Law at the Sapienza University of Rome.
Mario Barbano
Mario works with the Firm mainly in the areas of business, transport and environment law. In 2018 he was awarded the Certificate of Advanced Studies by the Institute of Advanced Studies of the University of Genoa (IANUA-ISSUGE), as he successfully attended the four-year course in Governance, Markets and Regulation (IGMR). He is a PhD candidate in Logistics and Transportation at the Italian Centre of Excellence on Logistics, Transport and Infrastructure (C.I.E.L.I.).
Luca Giusquiami
Luca graduated with honors in 2018, with a research dissertation on the arbitrability of Antitrust disputes.
During his university studies, he spent several stays abroad, where he studied in-depth topics related to international trade law, arbitration, and maritime law. He qualified as an attorney in 2020 and works with the law Firm in the areas of corporate law, business contracts, and national/international arbitration.
